Clients may cancel their appointments up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

No-Call / No-Show Policy
Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service cost—no exceptions. Kindly remember that this is a small business, and every appointment is valued and appreciated.
